Hayato and Zero are similar in that most of their attacking skills are mobile but if you only want to play for damage you better play a zero.
Zero was made available again alongside Aran in KMS's recent patch, Maple Ice & Burn. That was patch after the last of the four Black Heaven patches, which is what we are supposedly getting in March I think. Summer is probably when we will get Ice & Burn, but that is just a guess.
