Get an Empress 2H or godly Shonetooth.
Then, get your:
1. Boots
2. Belts
3. Shoulders [Tempest]
4. Ring [Tempest]
5. Cape
6. You choose
7. You choose
8. Etc
The items should be AT LEAST 6% each.
