Try logging in from the site, I heard my friend had that problem but logging from site fixed it. I'm unsure though, GL.

If nexon would block you for typing your pass wrong, could someone not just get you permd deliberately, even if they weren't a hacker?
Unless the account could not be accessed from that specific IP or something(I doubt it)
