What's a good water substitute?
Okay, I hate water. I can't even bear to drink a glass of it. Soooo what's the next best thing health wise? I know juice isn't that great for you, so would it just be milk? o.o

It's hard to believe you hate water o.o It doesn't have a taste to it.. Odd but I'm not sure if there's any real substitute.
Do some INSANE cardio and force yourself to like water.
Sooner or later you're not gonna have a choice (NORTH KOREA).
get flavoured water
or you know what get pop, or juice or pure juice for that matter
Edit: make it healthy like zero calories or something
Nothing can substitute water. You're out of luck.

Stop drinking out of your pool. Easy solution.
Shlush puppies?
Milk is probably a good substitute considering it's about 70% water iirc. Although you really do need to just drink some water whether you like it or not. If you're active at all you risk dehydration. Severe dehydration is no joke.
Well if you ever go poor, you know where to look for a drink.
Drink H2O instead.
How does a thread about water gather up 7 pages?
Just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. You don't need to drink like 8 cups a day if you eat water-filled foods.
Then again, too much of anything is bad.
That's true.
@above: I'm trying to accept it but the button is gone. LOL.
Sorry for off topic-ness, but does anyone know how to get it back?
It's only about 6.
It specifically says that if you drink too much or don't brush your teeth after drinking it, it's bad even though it is only slightly acidic. If you leave it on your teeth too long it doesn't help your teeth like it is supposed to.
Everyone is supposed to drink milk, but too much is bad.
Then again, too much of anything is bad.
It's life. Drink water or die.
I love drinking ice cold water! well.. anything cold
go ahead. upload a .jpg to tinypic or something and link it.
i don't know too much on the subject other than what i've been told
for years and naively accepted without question.

I haven't heard much about that acidic stuff, and if anything milk has helped my teeth personally. Let's see what google has to say:
Q. Why is milk good for my teeth when it is high in sugar?
A. Milk is in fact good for your teeth, especially for children. The reason is that milk contains calcium which is needed for building stronger enamel (the outer layer of your tooth), and is low in acidity. In some studies it has been found that cheese and milk can not only protect your enamel from degradation caused by high acidic foods, but can also reverse that damage.
But just drinking milk is bad. It says so in Biology book because it is slightly acidic.
I could upload a picture?

Juice = Water. Asorbic acid and Acetic acid only exist in solution made by water. Therefore you can't go without water.
Skim milk
I really dislike tea. And if I need it so bad, why have I been fine for the last 16 years? >=(
Most drinks are sugary and chances are not good for you.
If you don't like water then you have a problem.
I suggest unsweetened tea.
And if you don't like tea, suck it up and drink water.
Also... she might be hydrophobic
She would be died o_O
I love milk and milk is healthy but substituting it for water would be harmful to your teeth because it is acidic. Definitely don't do that.
I have never heard of anyone HATING water before. Water is practically the only thing I ever drink except for when I drink milk.
