I need motivation to stop eating junk food.

Because it's starting to take a toll on my health, almost every time I eat I get a terrible headache and stomachache. The problem is that I LOVE IT SO MUCH. I can't go a couple hours without a huge craving for ice cream or chocolate or pizza or cola or something like that, so I usually end up giving in and eating it. Add onto that eating healthy costs so much more. Advice would be great.

Just realized there's new smileys, so I went overboard with them.

"A second on your lips, forever on your hips." - A quote from a friend of mine. Just bear it well in mind whenever you go out or whatever.

Substitute out little by little. Trying to stop cold turkey sucks
Instead of ice cream, try out frozen yogurt or make your own smoothies.
Instead of soda, drink water.
Instead of candy, eat fruits. There's a ton of fruits out in season <3
Instead of chips, you could try out sweet potato chips and/or crunchy vegetables.

If you have a Trader Joe's in your area or something, go there!

@UglierBetty My best friend forces me to get pizza with her every pay cheque. Anyways, I shall take all of these comments into consideration and try them all.

@LolCats: Maybe put a sign in your car saying, "Do you really need the pizza?"

Eat foods tha'll fill you up. (Whole grain, etc..)
Everytime you get a craving, chew gum or drink water.

@yumtoast154 But it's so tasty I can't help myself.
@uglierbetty I live at home but I pretty much buy all of my food anyways. And I just get random cravings so i'll leave the house and buy it. </3

Just ask your parents not to buy junk food. That way you can't eat it.

If you're living on your own, just don't buy junk food. And eat before you go to the grocery store, because if you're hungry, you'll just buy a bunch more junk food.

Stop eating it so you don't get terrible headaches and stomachaches. That reason alone would stop me from slowly killing myself
