So Nexon screwed me out of 120k NX.
I got paid last week, had nothing better to do with it, so I decided "Hey, might as well buy some NX and fund my DB"
So I went ahead and bought it on the 31st. Bought a bunch of equips in the MTS. Later that night the game stops for the server maintenence. Whatever, even if they rollback I can still re-buy it. I logged on the 1st to find I had none of the equips I had bought and none of my Nx back. I've submitted two tickets but they've both been ignored.
I'm saddened. I've been a 4 year customer for nexon and i've never had that many problems with them. This however, is just too much. I'm boycotting maple until I get my refund. =(

Just wait. They're probably being swamped with a million and a half tickets right now, and seeing how they probably have like... 2 people working in support... It might take a while.
Well.. we can't do anything about it and it sucks that you lose 120bucks but realy save up some money, only get like 30k tops, get a new computer or something!

lol if they were to "refund" it, they would lose nothing since these are merely number that they have complete control over. They can, however, make money if you continue to buy nx... you've already paid the money, and it's not like their giving you any physical cash back, thus they aren't losing. just saying.

I've had a job since I was 14, my parent's pay for everything except car insurance. All of my income is disposable and I can't save money for the life of me.
If it makes you feel better, i've spent more at mcdonalds than I have on NX.
