Since I already have a decent amount of DEX%, guess I'll make a MM.

Kaisers or Marksmen (with unlimited Snipe) would be solid choices.
Avoid Arans and Dark Knights: They're terrible at 1vs1.
Corsair, Merc, Kaiser, AngelicB, DualB, NL, Hero,
Avoid : Jett
Focus : Kaiser.
