Shining Rods aren't even coded into the game yet. There's no such as a Necro Rod yet.

Probally both at bossing and mobbing but most of the attack skills are mobbings
some bossing skills are
Spectral Light
Maybe Death Scythe
Apocalyspe
Absolute kill
Light: Light Reflection (unless super godly use Apocalypse)
Dark: Apocalypse
Equilibrium: Absolute Kill
it depends b/c you switch from light to light/dark to dark skills.
