Good news guys, they acknowledge it as a glitch. Bad news is it's gonna be fixed in about 20 years, from personal experience of course.
I really want this fixed, it feels so weird not going into Final Form when my gauge is full and even weirder when I do go in Final Form and can't use Wing Beats

Wrong, it's probably the biggest possible nerf a Kaiser could get. Without Wingbeats, we lose more than 30% of our damage, that's a very big number.
Its still in the UI when I go into transformation so I'm guessing its a bug :l

I doubt it, when in final form we have a key bind for wing-beat. If we arnt able to use it in final form there wouldn't be the bind. As posters said above it's probly a glitch, with a major update its really not surprising...
I think it's intentional. They changed one of my skills' delay by a lot, which was different between KMS and GMS.

Sounds like a bug caused by neglecting to change the data in the patch to match GMS kaiser instead of KMS kaiser. Still it's not that big of a nerf overall even if it is intended.
