Whats a good nebulite to put on weapon?

Okay, so i wanna mount a nebulite to my empress weapon with 148 attack, 3 line pot of 30% boss damage, 6% attack, and other is pointless to list off.
Now i was considering to get either 18% ignore monster defense or the 4% total damage.
I was told by my guild to get the 18% ignore monster defense if i don't already have a high % "PDR." Seeing as how we're arans-we already get 40% ignore + the lumi's link skill, so 50% is a indeed a high amount of, "DPR," right?
I have a range of 69595~77328.
I'm lost can you guys help me decide in further detail which would be best? o.o

Getting a 15% PDR is good enough.. unless you have bigbig munies or OCD, get the 18% PDR.
Im using a 15% ignore PDR cause I dont cube much LOL
The Leafre Set also gives 30% PDR, so I'm running 40% skill + 30% Set, and 15% Wep pot + 15% Nebulite.
I'd probably run the 18% PDR then, unless you can find more boss damage.
Why would you get the 18 percent pdr when you can get the 15 one? 3 percent pdr really isn't worth the price difference imo, but if you are baller like that, then go for it.
ps: And yes trust me the 4 percent more damage neb is nowhere as good as the pdr neb. I personally had a 4 percent damage neb and then converted over to pdr neb. The difference was astounding.
Get the 18% pdr. Pdr is going to help you the most until the point where you hit 100%pdr after which any more %pdr is completely useless.
