Some monsters have elemental resists. Physical/Magical damage counts as an "element", even if that "element" is neutral. Lumi's can ignore that resist, thus allowing them to do 100% of their damage on element resist bosses, provided they don't have any other inherent defense.

Nope, that 4th job skill ignores "all" of the monster's defense.

Don't. If u are upgrading, cube other equips before u cube that rod.
If u do cube the rod, aim for:
-%boss
-%pdr
-critical
-%total damage or magic attack

if u wanna legend it go for it if not i would keep it at that unless u wanna spend alot more nx trying to get what you want lol i would reccomend boss pdr or % matk or int the order i would say to go is boss matk pdr int but thats just me
