How do I use a Ultimate Game Card
Can someone walk me through the steps?
I have a couple specific questions too...
1. When do I get the PIN?
2. Does UGC qualify for the PayByCash bonus offer?
3. Is the bonus one time only?
4. If I get a $20 and $10 card for PayByCash, do I input them one after another?
5. If I do so, will I qualify for the $30 bonus?
5. Is there a fee/tax?

No, there has never been a $20 option for UGC's for some reason. You have to charge $10 at a time. Yes it counts for the Pay By Cash Bonus, but there is a small tax. I think its around 20~40 cents. When you enter the code, make sure to enter your email as well because the value left on the card is transferred to the email
