How to deal with a scammer

This guy scammed me out of 110m yesterday when I was trying to buy shielding wards in preparation for AEEs. I'm not too angry about the money, but I am pissed that he wasted so much of my time (and I got no shielding wards out of it).
Do you guys have any idea how I could *talk* to him?

Agreed. Just from the price you should of known something was off.

OT:You can't really talk him into getting your mesos back since there's a reason he did it in the first place.

I wanted to do a pseudo-50/50 trade.
Wards were 9k each, but they're gone...which kinda sucks.
