I think...Maybe some Mall Booth-> Lace tying service->All those cool tying methods that is another way to customize a persons*swag*
People want any way to look different/ Cool/ swag, especially people who go to Malls.
There could be different shoe lace sizes people can buy AT THE BOOTH. Any size/ shape/ thickness of shoelace-> cheap-> people may buy them

So many different tying methods-> check the internet for pictures of different methods and how cool they look.

At the Booth, you'll offer different shoelaces to change their look. You also offer something different. You will offer to tie shoelaces.

Tie shoes to show a star/ pattern/ picture/ something different from everyone else that has "normal" laces.

An employee may wear gloves while making the customers design.

The Customer may choose any design for their shoes. Each design may need different lengths, which the booth will provide for a price/ profit.
They may then sit in a comfy chair while the employee works on the shoes.

The customer may even want different lace designs on both shoes.

Just another fashion service/ product at the Mall.
