er, try trading more/finding new people. that is how it should be for everything. collat is a diff story

500m/success and 300m/failure is what I tend to charge for the 50% success rate scrolls. You can charge a bit more than this amount, as the event draws to a close.
I buy for a ratio of 1 coin:4m for a pass and 1 coin:3m per fail if that means anything.
