For you though it might be too late now. You can only turn in 100 feathers each day. You need to turn in 1,500 feathers, that means you need 15 days to get the Cygnus totem. You can still start the event and get the Pierre and Crimsion Queen chairs, but that's about it for you.[/quote] so if i were to finish on the 28th, would i get the cygnus totem?

Where do I accept the VB totem though, becuase I just turned in the last 100 feathers, but no event quest popped up..

You can, just make sure starting now you turn in 100 feathers every day.
