ok serious post here-my friend is suicidal
basically one of my really good friends has been slightly depressed for while but lately i think its been getting worse. He keeps talking about how no one will ever like him and he is going to kill himself in the future. Hes a good guy i really dont want him to hurt himself i just cant convince him that life is worth living, all ive said is something simple like "life is good and worth living" i cant really think of anything else. Please help me convince him to not kill himself

In most cases when people are suicidial, it's usually a stage they're going through.
Just convince your friend that he'll snap out of it soon, make him laugh, do whatever you can to help him come to his senses
