What kind of cookies should I bake?

So, my brother told me to bake him some cookies when he gets home from med school, which is this evening. The ingredients I have are white chocolate chips (he doesn't really like white chocolate), craisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and a lot of other spices. Not even sure if I have all purpose flour... And I have eggs, milk, sugar, et cetera. Although, I don't intend to make frosting for the cookies unless I end up making cinnamon sugar cookies.

What type of cookies should I bake?

The only person in my family who likes white chocolate is my mother. And my brother's a vegetarian and he only likes dark chocolates.

Okay, well that's basically the main ingredient. Before you bake, always round up all your ingredients. Never start and realize half way through that you're missing something important because then all that mix will just be a waste and have to be thrown out.

Some basic things you're going to need: Eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, baking soda. Then you can add whatever such as chocolate chips or walnuts...

Ps, does no one else find it weird that his brother is demanding him to bake him cookies?[/quote]

I know what you need for baking, thank you... I've been baking since I was a little kid. And it's not that weird, since I usually bake at most of our extended family occasions and at friends' parties.
Edit: My mother also bakes, but she's currently pissed at my brother, so he asked me. And also because he loves my dark chocolate cookies, chocolate chip cookies and dark chocolate raspberry bowl cake.

@foxxman301: I don't like peanut brittle, haha, don't think my brother does either.

@SwitcherUpper: I could go to the store and buy some more ingredients. But my father's at work, my car's at the shop and the nearest store is ten miles away. I still have my bike from five years ago and it's nice outside today. Yeah, I guess I'll just make the cinnamon sugar cookies. Thanks!

@SwitcherUpper: Do you know any recipes for cookies that I could make that are chewy?

@LordZubin: Sniff sugar cookies are my favorite
Why not make what the one person suggested... Snickerdoodles? what ever they're called

@SwitcherUpper: I also have brown sugar. I was thinking of making gingersnaps with my mother's recipe, but I don't have molasses. Do you think I could substitute molasses with dark brown sugar heated in water?

@Lmafroggy: I don't want to make sugar cookies since they're so plain and I just made some a few weeks ago at college for my dorm-mates.
