Issue related to county fairs

In regarding to my last thread I need to find an issue related to county fairs... I did it on farmer's market(my teacher says it doesn't need to be specifically about farmers market it can be marketing in general so yeah) but that I don't think we have issues about marketing over where I live(Big Island). The purpose of county fairs is to introduce livestock,produce and goods. I can't find an issue related to it other than farmer's market...
