It is possible. I would recommend doing cardio and long jogs so your legs become defined. Good luck

what's the first part you were trying to say.
And maybe it might be easier if I just worked on getting upper leg muscles
since you dont weight train or anything maybe your body just has big calves for a reason (something along the lines of adaptation or something), or you just genetically have big calves
It's not genetics lol. I had perfectly slim legs before. It's cause of all the jumping from skateboarding. And I'm really skinny so it's obvious. They arnt that big just in comparsion they are
@ElitistMan: that's depressing
@SpankyMcMeat: I'm a girl I don't want ur stocky man legs
oh haha i didn't even see that. i thought you were talking about his first post i was so confused

ot: generally if you stop working out and eating 'well' you're bound to lose muscle eventually
basically just gain fat

Most genetically dependent muscle in your body, and is used very extensively in everyday life... gonna be EXTREMELY difficult to lose OR gain muscle there.

you don't get it. I sat on my ass for a year.
And no it's not to fit skinny jeans it's cause it's the same size as my upper leg so it's just not appealing when I wear shorts.

Calves
@brofist: no if it was fat I could always make it skinnier and there wouldn't be this problem

Usually your body delves into the protein stores as a last resort following strenuous physical activity.
Why would you wanna lose muscle though?
Yes you can, Starve your body of proteins and stop using the muscle.
I did. I left it alone for a year but nothing changed. And now that it's summer I need to start using that part of my body again but it hasn't gone any smaller -.-
