Some of you are so rude (selfish nexon complaints)

If I ever happen to be the owner of nexon and see all those constant nagging demands/complaints, I would seriously just play stupid and pretend like nothing going on then to fix the problem and have you complain more. Cause guess what, we all know you'd just keep playing.

You guys have successfully put down nexons every attempt to make this a better game. Let's take an example alot of you can relate to: the whisper/ghost dc issue which was out for the longest time(I know some of you have found a way around this it doesn't matter). And honestly I didn't think they were ever going to fix it. But they did and it was just over all an under appreciated effort because apperantly "it took too long". suprise. But let me remind you that during the time when dc was publicly accessable you still played and learned to live with it. So stops setting your standards so high.
Oh and the recent map crash. Dear god it was released last night and they are already telling you they will fix it. But I guess that's still too late.

I'm not saying nexon is great cause they can definatly improve in some parts but I've seen progress and I feel like they are not appreciated enough for their effort. I've been playing this game for 2 years and even tho all these exploits are coming out recently I feel like they are trying a lot harder to fix it, but somehow our standards also gotten higher.

For your information i've already quit awhile ago it's just that I see an excessive amount of complaints. And I'm sorry if this was a waste of your 2min or however long it took you to read, but I was going to write this regardless of wether you read it or not.

Our standards have not gotten higher. Customer service as always been a issue that they appear to not even try to improve. I myself have experienced poor service via tickets and Nexon has a tendency to let things go on for too long, which is why I quit years ago. One thing is to take too long ever now and then, but to be able to go all the way back in 2006 where they took too long to fix things, thats something you can't just brush off. That's what you call a bad habit. I thought they changed and came back. But they are pushing my limits right now.

I actually support Nexon in most things especially gameplay but after the crap they pulled on me and the response, I can say I have soured on them quite a bit. It only takes one bad experience to lose a customer. They are good game makers, I just wish they invest more of their money where it counts.

Your blind OT but you are entitled to your blind opinions.
Well even though basilmarket and nexon aren't affiliated, nexon is still very knowledgeable about the website and I'm sure they were able to pick a few ideas from here.
Possibly on rare occasions. I can see them more likely to get idea's from other games though.

No they don't lol. Where would you even come up with such information. Basil isn't even affiliated with Nexon.

@LovelyRosa777 It's okay. No one's perfect. I'm not perfect myself, heck, nowhere near. But in this topic, neither is Nexon.
@Waccoo125 :O. That's a very interesting statement.
Yes. We do need to notify them about the problems. How else would they know how to improve the game?
But having said that, there is a difference with notifying them in a mature and organized manner than an immature, whiny and demanding way.

Yes, I definately agree that we need to be more nice and patient to/with Nexon, but we still need to notify them about the problems of MS.

A few lines? Really? A simple GridWorld program is way more than just 50 lines. I would think what Nexon has to deal with is much more than that. I'm only guessing though since I haven't seen their code. Errors are also really hard to fix, especially ones that aren't so direct as syntax and runtime.
You need to take into consideration that many people have put a lot of money(nx) into this game (even though it's not mandatory), so naturally they expect good service as if it was from a subscription game like Wow.
Ok regarding the whole nx thing. I don't think people bought nx because it's supposed to give them "better service". Most likely they spend money on a game because they enjoyed it so they don't mind spending that money. Idk how to word this but what I'm trying to say is nx is more for a personal satisification purpose then actual service

@MagicDate: You're the one assuming here xD
I said "..it's like they have nothing better to complain about"
I didn't say "...you have nothing to complain about."
If you have any trouble understanding the difference between those two, let me know so I can explain it better.
Also, nice try at a comeback ^^

honestly, i dont mind complains, because that kind of pushes nexon to do better?

but when it comes to like ridiculous complains... wanting so much, i guess youre right. thats too much to ask
YEEEEEEEESS, impatient people. Shut up and let nexon do they're job. It COULD be a lot worse. But people only see it from one side, not from the side of the programmers, so they have no clue how hard said exploit, hack etc is to fix.

This. I've only encountered a little under 20 hackers in the last 3 months. I used to find more hackers each day I played 5 3/4 years ago.
come on are you serious? are you intentionally looking for them, or are you just minding your business and run across them? I run around all over the place looking for hackers to report because it's hard enough competing with legits on the rankings without hackers messing everything up. I find 20 on a slow day. You just have to know where to look and how to manipulate the data already given to you. (skimming through the rankings and knowing key signs is really crucial)
come on, small-time, you know you can do better than that.

People think that just because they spend money, which is optional, they should have a game that is hacker/scammer/ and idiot free. But sry to break it to you people, that ain't happening.

Why does everyone assume if there isn't a "some" in front, they mean all? Obviously not ALL 10-15 year olds are complete idiots. I hate when people get so picky about words >.> it's like they have nothing better to complain about.

@falconxmart Redundant comment.
So what if people put NX into the game?
I don't blame them for expecting things out of the game of course,
but is there the need to act like 5 year olds and whine for things they want IMMEDIATELY?
I don't think so.

@IPwnStuff
You can't really blame Nexon for the hacking.
It's the hackers that are the ones who are hacking.
Hackers don't really care about the community. So even if they have a simple hacking tool to affect the community, they will use it and cause discomfort for us.
But for Nexon (this is just my speculation). Even if they were to combat the hacking with a powerful software, don't you think they'd need to actually need to test the software rather than release it during the development stage?
I have no idea about other games. Though i've tend to notice that these hackings appear in Nexon games only..
@Riku0090 ^.

For me my standards are set by other MMOs that I've played. Some I've played for over a year without encountering a single sign of hacking. However in Maple Story, encountering signs of hacking happens all the time. I still play Maple Story because I like the gameplay better, however hacking has gotten way out of control...

Don't get me wrong, but I laugh everytime I see Nexon's typo with the quit message when you exit a guild " 'So and so' has quitted the guild" sinking in to the player's mind.
