I start losing it since yesterday, and I got nearly 300 dex

I don't have a problem with this but one of my guildies says that he does.
I don't ever lose it so I don't know what you're talking about.
I lose it and I don't use secondary stat for my weapon.
It's actually if you're relying on passive skills to equip your gear.
You're mostly likely relying on Physical Training/Will of the Alliance to equip your weapon.
Skills don't 'work' in the moment you change channels, so it's unequipped for that brief moment.
