it seem like there's now an internal 5 second cooldown before the effect procs again. HOWEVER "All attacks are criticals for 1 second and weapon attack increase" effect now lasts for 7 seconds

@UAPaladin: decent SE is a good investment because of the 15% maximum critical damage
@UAPaladin Decent SE raises crit damage, it doesn't just increase the chance.

Why would it inflate? Nexon basically just gave all DB's a 100% crit rate for 100% of the time you're training so there's no need for decent SE.

@FalenXangel the passive effects never fail even if there is a cooldown on the skill... The cooldown only effects the skill itself
@FinalFate: me neither... I hope the dodge part is still passive and unaffected by the 5s cooldown... cause that'd suck

Sweet, 100% crit rate always for me once this is implemented in GMS
@biantwmh: I've played all the classes. Only time somethings "OP" is with fundings. But AB's break that so badly. Kaiser isn't as OP as AB's and as for Phantoms/Mercs/Luminous they are not OP and require funding to be good.
@vi3tGirlv58: Phantoms/Merc's/Luminous are not OP. Maybe kaiser but AB is op. We are perfectly fine the way we are now this buff is just too much.

my question is... is the %dodge from it still constant? Or does it cancel during the 5 second C/D as well? In other words, leaving us at 40% dodge instead of 70% during the 5s cooldown
@biantwmh: it may look like it, but it actually does it when they miss. it even says it in the skill description. things don't always seem as they appear
