It does stack. Gold MPE pots also stack. Guild Exp boost stacks. Family exp boost stacks

Pendent of spirit is an additive exp... thingy so +30%, not x1.3

EDIT: I don't think family + the 2x coupon (from "Everybody in Event" or something) stacks
