500k or so range to constantly hit 5mils on bosses.
Probably 1m or so to hit 5m on mobs.

I have 370k range and 89% boss and I crit for 3-4m with soul seeker. Constant 5 mils could most likely be around 425k range. 450k range will float around constant 5.5mils.

450k-500k range with ~100% Boss will get you 5mil crits with Soul Seeker on low PDR (Dojo) bosses.
