I am currently cubing my maple pyrope sword. Is it possible to earn 30% boss dmg? Cause i been trying and all I have been earning is 20% boss dmg.

I've had 30% boss damage on a Red Katana(Level 70 sword). Idk if that would count as 2nd tier.
