Stuck in Star Planet loading screen?

So I just logged into this game again after like a year of not playing it, and clicked on the Star Planet icon. It loaded a tiny cutscene, and now the screen is completely black, and not changing. It's been sitting here for like 10 minutes, and logging out just puts me back into the same screen when I log back in. I can access my other characters, but this one seems to just be stuck. Is there anything I can do? If it matters, I can list my PC specs, but it's good enough that there definitely shouldnt be a problem
