Still having Cpu problems

I've made this thread quite a few times over the last year, and never gotten a real reply. My Maplestory (NOT BlackCipher) client will randomly kick my cpu usage up to 100% when playing maple, at seemingly random times, forcing me to force the program close before it crashes my system. I am 100% sure it isn't a hardware issue, and I am much more than 100% sure that my hardware is sufficient to play the game. I'm running windows 7 SP1 from a 7200 rpm 1tb internal drive on an Intel I7-2600k (not overclocked) with a evga gtx 670 graphics card (Power supply is 850w gold rated, and 16gb of ram. Maple should not use even a fraction of this). It happens regardless of which resolution I set it on, and whether or not I have the game fullscreen or windowed. I've tried running the game with no background programs running, checked my firewall exceptions, and re-installed multiple times. Has anyone else had a similar problem, or maybe have some idea what could be the problem? At this point I'm thinking it's a compatibility problem with W7, but am not convinced.
Try uninstalling Pando Media Booster.
I don't believe Nexon force installs this anymore but I was having a somewhat similar issue a while back.
Also, how about your virtual memory? You probably don't need any with your setup but it's good to have atleast 4gb allocated, to try less stress on your CPU.
Try downloading a temperature program and check your fan speeds, it could be that your CPU is overheating (therefore a hardware issue) but the rest of your PC is ok, which is very hard to notice without a program (as in, if you open your PC you won't really notice its overheating unlike you would with a graphics card).

If it is a hardware problem (doesn't sound like it) you could also check your thermal paste on your CPU, or if you are able to get your hands on a decent heatsink you can try that.

If none of this helps sorry, I have ran Maple on W7 x64 with multiple setups ranging from below specification to above specification of your build, and never seem to get this problem.
Thanks for the reply, I monitor my temperatures passively, CPU rarely goes above 35c, and gpu rarely above 50 (nver above 35 when playing maple), the cpu is on a corsair h80i liquid cooler.
