best use of 15b? Hey, I'm coming back to maple after a break, and want to reequip my NL, but I'm not sure what the right way to go about it is. Currently I have 15b. Current equips 120 attack red Craven 4 set empress (excluding hat), all scrolled 5-10 attack 9%luk, gloves are 32 attk 9%luk decent SE 21%luk htp Mark of Narcain (lol) 9%luk czak hat 6% luk gollix belt 12%luk earring Random shoulder 6%attk secondary weapon 7attk mask 2%luk face accessory I thought I should spend like 6b on a Fafnir claw and cube it myself, then spend the rest on CRA equips and gollux. Is there a better way to spend? EDIT: is the craven worth anything, and are the empress equips/czak worth enough to PSoK and still make a little bit?
Switching to Empress? So I have a 158 NL, and currently have 0 empress equips on him. I'm not godly funded or anything, so I was just wondering if it would be more cost efficient to just keep upgrading regular equips, or start building into empress stuff. Listed below are the equips I would have to replace with empress stuff. If I chose to go empress, I'd go for the entire set, and I would probably drop like 2b plus whatever I can get for the equips I currently have (a P/c on the glove/claw would be great). I'm in Bera, so there is quite a bit of prescrolled empress stuff going around, and I would likely end up self-cubing it. A Upgrading question about upgrading? Ok, so I know we have a very in depth guide about upgrading characters, which I have followed in the past, but I don't really think it works anymore, considering the massive inflation rates. Anyways, I have 1.4b, but I want to keep 400 mil of that set aside for mastrey books and what not, so that leaves me a 1b, a nice, round number. I don't want to sell anything I replace, I would prefer to keep it for other characters. What should I do with the money available? Average range for a NL at 130 Well I recently (like 3 hours ago) achieved a 10k range on my NL, and I was extremely happy. However, it got me wondering how good my range actually was. I'd like to think that 10k is at least average, or maybe above average, considering the amount of time and effort I have put into this character. I don't want to be a total damage fanatic, but I would like to think that all those hours merching had some purpose. So is a 10k range average at my level? If it helps put it into perspective, I'm using a 92 attack craven with 29% luk.
What gear to work towards? Hey, I'm currently a level 159 Night lord in Bera, and I don't really know what kind of gear I should be trying to get right now. I just came back after taking a 3 month "break", and was kind of in the middle of upgrading my gear when I quit. I don't have a ton of meso, just a bunch of NX I am willing to use to cube, but not to sell, as well as a few items which I will list below. Average damage for a brand new NL? Well i advanced to NL about an hour ago (For the first time, and it only took me 4 years!). I got my TT and it was very exciting and all that, but then my damage crossed my mind. Whats average for a player at/around 120? Mines 5659-8706. Is that decent?
Range to Solo Empress? Hey, I've been playing again since reboot came out, but gave up on the new server. So back on Bera I've been playing my NL, and am wondering what range/%boss I need to be able to solo empress. Right now I'm at 580-680k~ buffed and have 194% boss damage. I guess for reference I can solo PB in 5~ minutes, and normal Mag in less than 10. Am i strong enough now?
A sense of pride when you level I've noticed that on my NL, every time I level up, I really feel proud. Not just because it is a relatively high level (for me anyway), but because I know how many people have started and quit their Sins/Hermits/NL's. I really don't get that sense off accomplishment with other classes, like when I level up my priest, or DB, or really anything. Is it like that for anyone else?

Random Theoretical Skill Changes So, the passive effects on Expert Throwing Star Handling are kinda useless, excluding the damage boost. So, what if they changed the skill so it still included the damage boost, but also gave +10% crit instead of the recharge chance? Also, what if they added an effect to Shadow Shifter similar to Evasion Boost for Rangers/Bowmnasters, where a successful dodge would make all attacks for the next second or two crits?
