If skills that also increase effectivness by % don't stack with arealdy % healing potions, i doubt the item's effect will too.
Test to see if the % thing works with % pots :o That would be cool if it did. I saw a post awhile ago saying it did.

But I actually love crafting c: it's so much fun. Collecting items, disassembling them for item crystals. All the different things I can make just make my eyes oogle
Recovery rate dosent apply to % potions, so its kinda useless.
im interested in the 40% recovery rate
