Making a new Nisrock

Hello Basil. I'm making a new nisrock and its most likely is gonna be my end game weapon. I was wondering if I should use my advance diamond on it or make a basic diamond and use that. I also have a question about scrolling. I really don't have enough money to get another if I screw up on this one so what should I do fro scrolling? Should I use 60% scrolls or be safe and use 100% scrolls?

EDIT: Could anyone also tell me where is a good place to farm adamantium ores to make my nisrock.
Another random question is where can I get a star rock so I can buy summoning rocks?
