How do you reset the stats of the 2nd? Do you just use a circulator?

Oh I was hoping you can choose which one to reset
They seem to be random as of now, just like potential 2 lines of 3% luk isn't any better than 6% luk.
As far as I know, ya just use a circulator; but both stats will be reset so be careful.
