To all maplers outside of North America
Whenever Nexon launches a small website like now with Xenon and Demon Avenger, there is a "Play Now" button where you can also create an account. Normally when you try this on the official website you get kicked out for not living in North America. With this website you can create a new account I'm from Europe and it worked.

If you're in the europe ms or maple SEA zones, you won't be able to load past server selection because gms region blocks you. Gotta play through a proxy ._.
Btw only accounts made before 07 can bypass this

If you're outside NexonNA's service-area, then yes, that's perfectly normal.
Which is what everyone else here is experiencing as well.

I can create and launch the new account, but when I try and connect to a server it crashed. Not sure if this is the same for everybody or just me?
I actually never had a problem MAKING the accounts. But for the love of god, I can't access them.
It's not that something is wrong with the servers. It just detects the new account, as well as your location, and disconnects you when trying to log on.
It's been like this ever since the block.

Yup it's all verified and good to go. I get to the server select but as soon as it says it's connecting the screen goes black and maple kills itself. That's if I launch via the website.
If I launch via gamelauncher and I click log in it just blanks out and then it disconnects me from the log in server. Bleh! Well at least I have a new account! Just gotta keep trying to log in I guess.

Yes I have a HS Mule on that account and some Cannoneers for storage, I just tried it when I saw they made a teaser for Xenon and DA and it worked again!

Wow, congratulations! I think Mr. Basil should sticky this for all of the foreign players who need to make accounts. I'm sure it'll work for creating accounts, but I'm not sure if GMS is IP locked or not. If so, it would be VERY easy to find an American proxy, so I wish all of you luck!

I'm from England and I always found it really annoying that people could abuse events simply because they were american and could create tons of mule accounts.
