I've read your posts and you do not understand how evasion rate works. iAmFear and Locked (Rapptz on basil) explains this concept correctly. I do not know how many times I or TripleBladez or iDivideZer0 have to explain this concept of "evasion rate vs dodge rate." DBs clearly have 0% dodge rate in the extractions (er% aka evasion rate).

Dodge rate is not broken. DBs do not have any dodge rate. I do not know why you are insinuating that the descriptions are correct when the descriptions are totally wrong. Do you really trust Nexon America's skill localization/descriptions? Mercedes is a prime example of when Nexon's skill descriptions are wrong. The extractions show the real data. I do not know why you are arguing against data.

DBs Mutiny Patch - Extractions

Side step = +#er% (evasion rate)
Shadow Meld = #er% (evasion rate)
Mirrored Target = #er% (evasion rate)

Did you know that Mercedes' Ignis roar and Ancient Warding have the wrong descriptions in game "Avoidability + _%" when Nexon America suppose to label those two skills as "dodge rate + _%"

Mercedes - Extractions

Potential Power = #er% (evasion rate)
Ignis Roar = +#prop% (dodge rate)
Ancient Warding = Passive Effect: Ignis Roar's +#prop% (dodge rate)

FYI, Ignis Roar has a dodge animation.
