Problem with maple on windows 7
Hi.
My bf is trying to open maplestory on his comp, but unsuccessfully.
He tried to open through website, but he's having this problem:

Also I told him to try gamelauncher, but it gives an error "can't connect to server"
Can someone suggest a solution please?
He is using Win 7 and an Asus laptot.
He also deleted cookies and historic.

I highly doubt it. In your ss, it clearly shows that the website is not fully loaded. Also, mind explaining the 'unable to connect to server'? you can try disconnecting ur internet and click play. u will receive that

It proves that maplestory isnt working on his laptopt and other webpages are working fine for him.
Also, read the whole post, gamelauncher isn't working too.
