White Christmas tree hill lag?

Recently, I decided to enterthe white chrIstmas tree map because I had like 10k candy to donate. But when I entered the map, the screen turned black and it stayed black. I can hear the music but the screen never loads. So I try and close out maple and restart it. When I restarted and entered a different channel, the same thing happens. The screen remains black. I am officially locked out of that character. Any ideas on how to unlag myself?
