Coldshadow's numbers show diligence is additive. As for Gollux scrolls specifically, I've found my luck is better on characters with 100 diligence, but haven't used enough to be conclusive.

it does work cause gollux scrolls are just like any other 60% scroll
yea it should i land more gollux scrolls now that i have max diligence then i did back when i didnt have it
Additive.
Some people says it does, some says it doesn't. Never found a post with proofs or what so ever.
A friend tested it with the 9th anniversary prime scrolls and says he landed more scrolls on his main who has max dilligence than he did on a mule.
