Which scrolls are affected by diligence?
The description says 'exluding specal scrolls'. Is this refering to clean slate, potential and enhancement scrolls? Does diligence also affect spell traces? And does diligence increase the percentage of the success rate of the scroll so for example lvl 100 diligence on 60% scroll = 66% chance?

I think it's actually a flat 10% chance. So 70% turns into 80% but I'm not entirely certain.
