Anyone remember Floire? Apolog1es

Now, this is a story five years in the making. It would have been told yesterday, but for some reason I wasnt allowed to make a thread. Go figure.

Five years ago I met floire. She was one of the basilers on this site. I had a character in her world, we mapled together, and it was all fun and dandy. From what I surmised, she was a young female adult either in university or high school. Very mature, very nice, very generous. Gave me 4m right off the bat when I started out. So, so, so nice.

Of course, I was a mischievous scamp. From what I remember of our friendship, it was mostly me sitting around asking her for help. And she gave it, no questions asked. Once again, a really appreciable character.

Of course, one day she was talking on buddy chat and really raging at this other character who was KSing her. I found it freakng heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelarious. Being the..... uhh.... fame wh0re that I was in the day, I of course had to SS the whole convo, post two threads on basil about it, and laugh my ass off like a prepubescent donkey.
She caught me. Saw my thread. And I remember what she posted: "You think you wouldnt post things like this after your other thread got taken down."
Wow. That one sentence had silenced me, and flooded me with guilt. Both of the threads were quickly taken down.

A few weeks after that, she quit maple. Then basil. Then I never saw, nor heard from her again. I cant help, but wonder if she went over the edge; if maple had just hurt her too much; if I had pushed it too far (I did). I deplored whats-his-face, KazooTheBat? (one of the mods, or sheriffs as we know them now) to tell me what had happened. I guess it was really none of my business, but I couldnt live with my extreme rudeness towards floire.

For what I did to you. Defame you (not the fame points, the talking). The slander. Posting pictures of you raging at some random pally. Not respecting your privacy.
I'm sorry. It was terribly childish of me, and I hope that wherever you are, I hope my sincerest regrets make it out to you.
