I think it's the item used to craft flames of reincarnation or so
but GMS doesn't have additional options as said above

hey guise i dont know guise i found a level 30 guise and i remember using it when i was level 30 guise.
OT: i also have one and have no idea what it is for. I have not yet googled it though
I found it from a Heart rock or Elite monster, I'm not sure
I picked up one too from an elite monster..
