Advanced Equip Enhancement Scroll?
I got 3 from the virtue quest and this is going to sound stupid but, what exactly does it enhance? It won't work on any of my items.

I got 3 from the virtue quest and this is going to sound stupid but, what exactly does it enhance? It won't work on any of my items.

ok ty and yeah it's 100 first, 90 second etc
