Headline Message Chair

I saw this dude in the fm with said chair. The chair was set to display the current ign of the person viewing said chair (yes i tested on multiple chars to make sure he wasnt trolling me). How is it possible to do such a thing? And it automatically changed for every person so he wasnt just typing my name in the chair.
