Rate My Dinner

So my mom is out of town for the weekend and she told me "you better fry this chicken before i leave, because i am taking the oil with me so you wont burn the house down while im gone". Okay, i've never had a fire while cooking before in my life, so i don't know what was up with that. Anyways, she leaves and about 4 hours later i start to get hungry. I decided it was time to cook. *looks in the fridge* All i see is a whole chicken. *freezer* just some frozen vegetables. *cabinet* just some red potatos .... "what am i gunna eat" i thought to myself. And thats when i remembered, I KNOW HOW TO COOK! . and that is what i did.

First: i started off with the chicken. Well... she said i couldn't use the over because there was oil spilled in it. Guess i gotta boil it. I seasoned it up with some seasoned salt and pepper in a pot of water with onions and cream of chicken.

Second: Now for the potatos. I decided to boil them till they were soft and made some mashed potatos. Put butter and milk with some garlic so i could have garlic red mashed potatos with skin in it

Third: well the chicken is done. Used some of the broth along with some chicken drippings (from a piece of the chicken that i let the juices come from on the george foreman) along with some flour to make some chicken gravy

Fourth: there was a little bit of olive oil *nowhere near enough to fry chicken* in the cabbinet that i put in a pot to fry/steam some frozen vegetables seasoned with seasoned salt and pepper.

P.S. Why the heck would i fry a whole chicken? o.O
P.P.S Ironically i had my first cooking fire today while boiling chicken -.- (fail)
