It will run maplestory. Might not be the smoothest after a while I feel that it may heat up the tablet. I would check out [url=http://www.razerzone.com/us-razer-edge-109036.html]this[/url] tablet though. Same price as a Surface Pro but with a dedicated graphics card.
Edit: Just realized you only have $400. Can't get any tablet can run maple for that price. So just save or get a laptop.

I got a laptop for $350 that runs Maple wonderfully.
I'm also getting it for dirt cheap from some guy who's going to start selling them for 150 a pop. Pretty much stolen lol.

I played maplestory on it but takes so long to download took like 4 hours slept through it but don't get me started with installing it T-T
As long as it runs Windows 8 and not Windows RT it will run Maplestory.
