Mihile's Arkarium Prequest: Lambent Light
Hello I am facing an urgent issue (this is from reboot server, not sure if it makes any difference)
Today I decided to do the Arkarium quest for Cygnus Knights on my Mihile. Everything was going great until I have to do this Lambent Essence quest

I realized that a lot of threads talked about this (from 2012) and I did search a video guide. This video guide told me that I need to go to the portal on the right of Shinsoo's wings.

Unfortunately, I do not see such a portal. This is a picture of my current situation.

The quest does tell me to go to the middle of the "Crossroad of Eerve and there should be a portal under the sign in the middle of the map, but of course, I do not see it. I am wondering if this is a bug in the reboot server or am I missing some quest.
Did anyone do the Arkarium quest lately on their mihile? Please help me.

@fexal: not sure if you figure it out yet. but you have to finish mihile's storyquest to get that map
@shadownite: How do you get to that map?
at what lvl is that because i dont remember doing that for arkarium i just assumed it was still through Silent Crusade?
