How do you get more Crusader Coins?

It looks like the only way you can do it right now after you finished the quest line is kill the bosses, and you can only do that 15 times a day. The most a boss drops is 3, from Kentaurus King, so does that mean you can only get 45 coins a day?

That seems a bit low. I mean, before, you could get 150 coins a day with all the bosses. I understand that you needed more coins before, but seriously, couldn't they at least added repeatable quests to crow and Starling that gave a few coins?
