$2k is too large of a budget for what you have in mind.
Anyways, here is a build I threw together in 5 minutes

- If you're not going to end up using design programs or anything like that, the processor should be downgraded to an i5-4670k.
-This build allows you to overclock the CPU, which will help performance. If you are not comfortable with this, just set it to ~4.0 GHz from the BIOS and the motherboard should automatically set the voltage to accommodate this.
- You may end up paying a lot more to get these parts where you live.
- I left out the OS, mouse, keyboard, and speakers because those come down to personal preference.
- Those games have reletively low requirements, so I put in a medium-end video card; it should be more than enough though.
- Watch a few people assemble their builds on youtube before putting this together.
I know its kinda far away but if I'm correct most online stores ship to Mexico
Buying locally is almost always the best way to go because most stores in the USA do not ship internationally. Fortunately, there are retailers in Mexico though my difficulties are their page layouts and currency conversion. With Basilers living in the US, I can usually get a good build list off in one hour. I have a list of retailers in Mexico, but tracking their inventories and individual store prices would take quite some time that I am unwilling to spend.

Therefore, I most likely won't create a list from the stores, but I am willing to answer any build related questions you have.

The assembly can be learned from YouTube. The only tool needed is a Philips head screwdriver.

A lot.
Ty vm, @Burning can you help me out what do you think about the PC Dorks sugested?
I didn't look at it. I much prefer to handle each person's custom build on a case-by-case basis. It's the reason why I have a questionnaire template to help people better organize what he or she wants from a new computer.

Dorks

2k is more than enough to get what you ask for. I followed Newegg's guide on building it and it took hours but it was worth it.
