True, but look at those equips. They suggest he's nowhere near the level of funding you expect out of someone who can afford to 7 star a Tyrant.

1. Take out the Horntail Pendant because it's 2014.

Keep weapon, hat, face, eye, top, earrings (not sure which level they are), secondary, and cape. Cube for legendary. Fill in the blanks, toss the rest and replace.

Maybe you should put on some pants before going outside...
