If you can, I would recommend doing RA. With 2 of the green coins, you can buy the hat boxes. There's a chance you'll get a cube from them! Also whenever you see those mysterious/legendary veins, mine them! Those have pretty good chances of giving you cubes, too! Hope this helps!
Got a meister cube from hilla today. It gave me 17% INT on my gun
the drop rate is so low you should be seeing one a year.
in one of the maintenance they say they raised the drop rate on the cubes from bosses but I haven't gotten one in a while either and I used to get at least 1 every other day just from RA...
