Suggestions for a New Laptop

I want to get a laptop soon, because having a desktop is an incommodity when I want to do homework away from my house or during work. Of course, I'm impatient when it comes to picking a new laptop. So I need help picking out a new laptop. And here are the things I'm looking for -
1). Under 400 dollars
2). Performance(Just needs to be able to run Maplestory and Firefox/Chrome at the same time)
3). Size and Weight(Prefer one of those mini computers, but as small and light as it can be)
4). Window 7(I abominate Window 8, so Window 7 or Window Vista is prefered)
5). Durable

And that's about it, thank you guys so much for helping me if you can. I don't want to make a mistake buying an $800 hp laptop again, and having a hard disk error 1 year later.
Of course the Chromebook won't run Maplestory.

...but there is a laptop (ultrabook) that does have a small size and has enough power for Maplestory and other office tasks while costing ~$400. Adorama has the ASUS VivoBook X202E-DH31T for $399.99 with free shipping and no tax after coupon S5555555.
I'll deffinitely look into the VivoBook, 4GB ram and an i3 chip for $400 is pretty reasonably. Thank you so much haha.
But I wish the Chromebook wasn't so wifi dependent, I planned to buy it considering how affordable it was, but the computer runs only Google Drive programs and etc. Oh whale haha
What country/state do you live in? I need this to know tax and shipping.
Can you order online? If you cannot order online, what stores are around you?
How much hard drive space do you want?
Are there any other games you play or want to play?
Do you have a preferred laptop weight?
Do you have a preferred screen size?
Is battery life important?
Why do you need a laptop? To where and how often will it be moved?
I live in USA, Massachusetts to be exact.

I can possibly order online, but if I can't - I live near Best Buy and Officemax.

I don't need too much hard drive space, I'm going to store most of my stuff on Google Drive. 150 GB or more would be prefer though.

Not really, just Maplestory in general.

Laptop weight and size = I honestly don't know, but about the size and the weight of the Samsung-Google laptop(if you know which one I'm talking about)
Oh, I also have a bit of OCD. I really hate keyboard layouts with tiny arrow keys. That's not important, but if it isn't tiny then that'd be great haha.

Battery life isn't super important, as libraries have power outlets. But I would like a semi-long battery life.

And I need a laptop so I can do my homework in the library or in other places. I don't need a super fancy one as I only need it for schoolwork. It wil be moved 5 days a week, 3 days min.
Anyways, thank you so much!
